Treating Negative Thoughts

It is done in two parts.

Part One is reciting commitments - recite in the morning in the first hour. Then whenever permission to mind is not working.
  1. I am committed to doing no harm;
  2. I observe sanity in all conditions and circumstances of my life;
  3. What I say comes true for me;
  4. I remain free of negative thoughts, negative  thinking and avoidable thoughts popping up in my mind;
  5. I remain positively oriented and pepped up all the time.
Part Two Soon after getting up and just before falling asleep.

  2. I let go, release and discard my tendency to be affected by negative thinking;
  3. I let go, release and discard all things harmful picked up from my mother and my grand pa.
Talk to your mind whenever negativity or negative thoughts pop up or disturb you.
O my mind.
I give you permission
to let-go, release and discard
this particularly disturbing feeling / emotion.
 Leave it to me. I am doing the needful in this matter.
Come on, let-go of it and enjoy peace of mind, happiness in life and joyful living.
