How do I spend time

My life is free flowing in these Lockdown days. I use it constructively even when I am eating, resting or sleeping. These are some of the things I do.

  1. Physical Exercise.
  2. Writing a Good Morning Post of my own.
  3. Writing a Lesson on Positivity which goes out to 60 participants of a free online training course titled ‘Learn Positivity'.
  4. Constructively answering Quora Questions.
  5. Helping connections in their business activities.
  6. Telephonic psychotherapy.
  7. Guiding people to live sanely and better lives.
  8. Some or the other DIY work / activity.
  9. Watching two TV serials.
  10. Spending time chatting with my wife and friends on phone.

These are written randomly, meaning in no particular order of importance or priority.
