Positivity and Happiness

Positivity is a way of looking at things, situations, problems, failures, difficulties and challenges with a constructive frame of mind and as an opportunity to learn. Positivity is also learning to structure sentences differently. This needs to be learnt by practice.

Oh! Will I find a parking at the vegetable market when I reach there. Now worded as per positivity practice: I find a parking waiting for me as I reach the vegetable market in . . . . .

Happiness is a frame of mind. It is not a feeling. Being or becoming happy is a feeling. A person whose life is structured by happiness feels happily angry, happily sad and happily anxious. Happiness becomes the base state.
