How to be happy in life

Happy state of mind is generated by doing these things regularly.

  1. Doing physical exercise over 40 minutes everyday.
  2. Engaging in a goal oriented activity.
  3. Gaining knowledge or learning on our own and sharing it with others.
  4. Lending a helping hand for 5 times in a day to someone in need.
  5. Hugging a person non sexually at least once a day if not more times.

These practices are helpful in rewarding us with a  happy state of mind. Our thinking, evaluating assessing and concluding will also fall in line with that in due course.
