Improving Eyesight

We need our eyes to be accomodating. That is evenly moving to and fro while seeing observing and reading. Our eye muscles may not act in cohesion and in a co-ordinated manner.

There is an exercise to remedy this. Take a three foot long strip of polished plain wood. Or a three foot ruler. Stand in front of a wall. Rest one end of the wood against the wall and the other end against our nose. Take a pencil. Rest it against the wooden strip an inch above the strip. Extend hand farthest. Now move hand slowly and evenly closer and closer. This till you see two images. Stop there. Now move hand away. Again close, again awsy. Repeat some 26 times s dsy for a month

If eye sight is normal this exercise will improve capacity for reading, attention, concentration some 200 -400% better. If no improvement please visit an ophtholmologist.
