Practical Solution
Do this eye exercise for one week. Take a rod or ruler. Face a wall. Rest one end of the rod against the wall and another against your upper lip (holding it in place with the non dominant hand). Take a pencil. Hold it against the rod as a guide. Now slide the pencil to and fro looking at its tip while doing so. When you see two stop there, and slide it away farthest. Do this ten times twice a day. Keep doing it till you do not see two even when the pencil point is at the nose tip.
