Powers of our mind you can use

These are some of the things I have learnt through exploration and practice.

  1. We can actualise thoughts by thinking in given ways.
  2. We can stop our mind's occupation by talking to it.
  3. We can train our mind to be happy and joyful.
  4. We can increase our mental awareness by a simple exercise.
  5. We can use our mind to control urges, drives, impulses, wants and needs.
