How practice helps in learning
Our brain is gifted with neurogenesis, neuroplasticity and neuro synthesis. The more we use or apply a certain part of our body or capacity the brain neurons keep connecting in new ways, generating new connections called synapses. Thus they form new networks. These networks connect with other networks in new ways. This is neuroplasticity. Then further these bundles of networks connect with other bundles of networks in new ways. This is called neuro synthesis. This process can be stimulated by doing the activities over time in a particular given way.
