Problem Solving

Before solving we need to crystallize the question. This is how it can be done.

Who and / or What does it concern.

Does it affect you? If yes how.

If not why not.

Why is it a problem.

Who can provide a solution.

That's it.

Ask these questions on rotation many times

  1. Concerns who, whom
  2. Concerns how
  3. Concerns why
  4. Who can offer a solution
  5. How will it help
  6. How much cost
  7. Is it affordable
  8. Do I / They really want it solved

Another set

  1. What is the problem
  2. Who can solve it
  3. How can the person be approached
  4. Who will do that
