Engineering Self Change

Our beliefs about ourselves, about others and our life's quality affects us most. 

EFT Emotional Freedom Technique is a method to effectively plant empowering messages into our subconscious mind. This is the method. Remove watch or bracelets or bangles. Bring the tips of ring, middle and index fingers of both hands in one level. Now tap the points given below three to five times with one hand first then with other hand or with both hands simultaneously while reciting each of the assertions one needs to plant.

  1. Top of the head
  2. Above the inner corners of eyebrows
  3. Sides of the eyes
  4. Below the nose on the upper lip
  5. Under lower lip in the pit above chin
  6. In the pit of the collar
  7. Under the other armpit
