Being Mindful

Being mindful is being consciously aware about variations in our attitudes, thinking, feeling, behavioural, bodily, emotional states in the moment prevailing including breathing, sweating, pulse rate, bodily twitched etcetera. And assuming responsibility for the same so that in time all these involuntary events become controlled by the person at will.
