Types to Self Talk

Self talk is of seven types mainly :

1. Critical of self 

2. Critical of others

3. Judgemental (evaluatory)

4. Doubting

5. Anxiety Driving

6. Reminding and 

7. Motivational

Each of these speaks a lot about the health of our mind. Bringing down the first four to the level of ‘sometimes’ and the fifth one to never is a sign that we possess a healthy mind.
