Charisma means compelling attractiveness or charm that inspires devotion in others.

A charismatic person can not only appear confident in communication, but they can also help others feel confidence too, thus aiding and enhancing the communication process. Charismatic people are confident in a positive way, without being boastful or egotistical.

4. They capture the attention of others.
5. They are good listeners.
6. They express themselves clearly.
7. They speak of / about things others don't know.

How to become charismatic. Anyone can become charismatic.

1. Become Self Confident.
2. Learn to listen intently.
3. Become relating, connecting.
4. Talk about your passions. 
5. Give more than you take. 
6. Have a sense of humor. 
7. Be adaptable to the situation. 
8. Remember names.
9. Have genuine interest.
10. Learn to ask questions 
11. Have something to contribute.
