1. Connecting, showing genuine intetest
2. Being courteous
3. Asking well being
4. Enquiring
5. Showing genuine interest in another
6. Being trustworthy
7. Being helpful / giving
8. Sharing what you know
9. Being non-chatting critical of others
10. Be good, do good
