We happen to carry many burdens in our mind.
Some of them are: held up anger, dislike, hate, animosity, shame, guilt, wronged, abused, insult, fear, anxiety, distress, being cheated, being taken for a ride, cornered, sin, crime and many other similar.
They can be discarded with ease. This is the method.

Our mind may sometimes hook back / recall past experiences and the burden, feeling or emotion may resurface in a milder form. The prescribed process can be re-run, to get our mind to shed it / discard it.
