Growth occurs when the old falls off and new takes its place. Transformation is complete overhaul and adopting new ways of perceiving, evaluating, assessing, concluding and responding to people, in handling events, incidents and occurrences, and in ending situations, solving problems, overcoming difficulties, tiding over conditions, facing challenges, resolving conflicts, building productive and rewarding relationships, overcoming failures and making decisions. Professional means the manner in which one conducts oneself in profession, work, business, activity, role related areas based on skills and attributes necessary for conduct of the same.
