Being Mentally Strong

Some people are born mentally strong. Others  become mentally strong 
  • After facing difficulties in life.
  • By virtue of training. 
  • As a result of spiritual upliftment
  • Seeing / witnessing facts of life first hand.
  • They are not easy going in nature and do not take things things to heart.
Here are some qualities of mentally strong people.

1. Being quiet, cool, composed, unperturbed even in difficult, challenging and crisis situations.

2. They know and believe blaming does not help in the prevailing condition.

3. They have few expectations of others.

4. They sit for a while compose themselves and think about what needs to be done.

5. They know and believe they have a role to play.

6. They get down to collecting the debris and putting things in order.

7. They are counter phobic.

8. They assume responsibility.

9. They are given to taking lead roles.

10. They know everybody is not the same. People have varied talents.

11. They give their best in all situations.

12. They are natural problem solvers.

13. They display optimism.

14. They believe someone has to it. Let me do it.

15. They are disposed to accept challenges.

16. They are optimistic.

17. They fight temptations.

18. They are self disciplined.

19. They get down to work instead of waiting for someone to tell them.

20. They are strong and courageous.
