Commitments
1. I am committed to doing no harm.

5. I am committed to being sane, safe, effective and appropriate in dealing with events occurrences happenings incidents (EOHI), people, situations, problems, difficulties, conditions, challenges (SPDCCs).
6. I am committed to being happy and joyful at all times in all conditions and situations of life.
7. Iam committed to quickly returning to state of equanimity.
8. I am committed to pull back when I get victimised by tunnel vision.
9. I am committed to pull back when I implement Procrustes and / or unicorn.
10. I am committed to recast my perceptions, evaluations, assessments, conclusions when they become programmed.
