Daily Commitments Recitation

1. I commit myself to do no harm.

2. No matter what I shall never hurt myself or another, or cause material damage or financial losses.

3. I commit myself to be sane safe effective and appropriate in dealing with people, situations, problems, difficulties, conditions, challenges and circumstances of life and conflicts.

4. I commit myself to be happy and joyful in all conditions and circumstances of life.

5. I am committed to living life full size.

6. I am committed to stay away from perceiving, evaluating, assessing, concluding, mind reading in service of my life script.

7. I am committed to see deeply, clearly, discerningly and illumilingly.

8. I am committed to think deeply, clearly, discerningly and illumilingly.

9. I am committed to feel deeply, clearly, discerningly and illumilingly.

10. I care for you more than I care for myself.

13. I am committed to implementing thus far no further.

14. You can Think, Feel, Emote, Behave, Do, Act, Perform, Express in a manner that you are programmed, trained or wish. I commit myself to Think, Feel, Emote, Behave, Do, Act, Perform Express sanely, safely, effectively, appropriately without generating or expressing threat or challenge.

15. The depth and  expanse of awareness contributes a lot to having an incorporating response.

16. I am committed to observe fortitude and patience when confronted by challenging situations.

17. I commit my myself to anchor my mind productively in constructive thinking.
