Changing Thinking Feeling Patterns

Replacing old by new is a good practice.

Accompanying it with a resolve helps.

The old will keep cropping up for upto three years. That is my personal experience. It is good not to feel sad, bad, incompetent or angry.

Recite commitments about new practices in the morning till the replacement occurs. I use the following structure:

I am committed to take an initiative and respond sanely, safely, effectively and by generating win-wins.
